Meet The Dandelions
Meet the hearts behind The Dandelion – a team dedicated to bringing mindfulness, resilience, and joy to educators, parents, and practitioners, helping you and the children in your care thrive.
The Dandelion— she represents joy & happiness. She symbolises power, resilience, perseverance, determination and endurance. All whilst bringing the childlike sense of play and connection. A dandelion is a simple and uncomplicated little flower. Delicate, yet oh so powerful. It is the sun, the stars, the moon. Flourishing no matter the environment she is faced with. In a world where you can be anything, choose to be a Dandelion.
Using mindfulness meditation, positive psychology, trauma informed practices and holistic regulation techniques we work together with you to bring a sense of security and peace to your life.
We support Educators and Parents balancing out the energetics of the classroom and home and allowing everyone to feel seen and heard. We teach you ways to support your needs and how to implement these into your daily routine.
Zoe Lowe
Director & Founder
My name is Zoe Lowe, the individual behind The Dandelion.
But who am I really?
Well, I’m a mother, a foster carer, a teacher. I guide, give counsel and mentor. I’ve spent 15 years holding space for children and their families, journeying with them from the innocence of early childhood to the angst-filled years of adolescents.
My expertise range from education, behaviour support, right through to trauma-informed practices. This knowledge has been woven together, specifically picking the energy and pieces to curate a highly effective and holistic range of therapeutic tapestry.
My work aims is to step into your world, to hold space for your team, and for you. Working collaboratively together to create a sanctuary for grounding, taking each breath with purpose, and living in the present. Understanding that there is not a ‘one size fits all’ way to life and reading the energetics to give you a space that feels right for you and your network.
Come, let’s write the next chapter of your story.

Nessie Luft
Family Empowerment Coach
My name is Nessie Luft and I’m an educator and mentor who stepped away from the mainstream daycare system to follow my intuition and embrace more holistic paths.
Over the years, I’ve deepened my journey by completing Doula Training, working as a mentor in alternative Bush Kindy and Homeschooling programs, and earning certification as a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra Teacher.
As a mother myself, I understand the joys and challenges of raising children and the importance of having support and guidance through life’s transitions.
With 17 years of experience supporting children and families, my work has always centered on nurturing connections, fostering trust, and offering trauma-informed, holistic care that empowers the entire family.
